The Women & Girls Foundation has a mission — to initiate change in the work place and promote gender-equality. Fitting Group felt that a strong, empowering brand identity would serve that mission best. A super-hero crest with the tagline "Will work for equality" seemed right on.
Heather Arnet, the foundation's Executive Director, sat herself at the head of our conference room table. We revealed the work. Heather was hard to read. We finally asked, "Have we taken it over the top?"
Heather stood up, and whipped off the jacket of her well-tailored suit. She began to unbutton her conservative ruffled blouse. The group gasped. And then Heather revealed it — a Wonder Woman T-shirt.
"This," she said, "is over the top. I love the work!"
